High Commissioners from 4 African countries and Iran inaugurate MachAuto Expo-2022 in Ludhiana
Ludhiana, March 11 (KNN) High Commissioners and Consular Officers from four African countries – Ghana, Nigeria, Congo, Niger and Iran inaugurated MachAuto Expo-2022 in Ludhiana on Friday.
It is a four-day event showcasing the latest technology that takes place at the Ludhiana Exhibition Center, GT Road, near Red Mango, Sahnewal.
Officials who kicked off the event were HE Kwaku Asomah-Cheremeh, High Commissioner of Ghana, Ernest Nana Adjei, Minister-Counsellor/Political and Economic Officer of Ghana, Dr. Ali Chegeni, Ambassador of Iran, Eucharia Ngozi Eze, Minister – Consular of Nigeria, Cyriaque GANVALA, Chargé d’Affaires of Congo, Sébastien Batantou, Cultural Counselor of Congo and Souleymane Boureima, Counselor of Niger.
They then toured the Expo and were able to discover the new know-how and technologies presented by the exhibitors.
Speaking on the occasion, S. Upkar Singh Ahuja, President of CICU, said: “This exhibition aims to promote Indian industry on international standards by bringing together all in the same platform sharing a technology of world class at reasonable prices.
MachAuto Expo-2022 is organized by a multilateral collaboration between Udan Media & Communications Pvt. Ltd., Chamber of Industrial and Commercial Enterprises (CICU), ALMTI & APMA.
“Exhibitors from across the country and international companies enthusiastically participate. There are over 10,000 products and services and over 1200 brands will be on display with over 850 machines running,” said GS Dhillon, Managing Director, Udan Media & Communications Pvt. ltd.
ALMTI President S. Tarlochan Singh, S. Gurpragat Singh Kahlon, APMA President and several other prominent industrialists attended the inaugural ceremony. (KNN Office)
